When you have entered all details to your event, there is nothing left to do but to publish it.
You can publish your event by clicking on "Publish event" at the top right corner. You can copy the link to your event from the pop-up window that appears upon publishing.

You can undo publishing your event before the first ticket is sold or there is no sales in progress to it. To retract your event, click on "Live" at the top right corner and choose "undo publishing".

To completely end sale, you have to set the status of all ticket types to sold out or hidden.
