Check-in users can access the check-in app and scan and validate the tickets at the entrance. The primary user of an organization has check-in access by default to all events of the organization, but other event team members need to be added if they want to use the check-in app.
A user can be logged in simultaneously on several devices.
You can use "check-in users" settings to add additional users and control which ticket types each login user can validate.
This way, you can separate normal and VIP entry, for example, and each participant will only be able to enter at the entry point corresponding to their ticket.
You can add check-in users with their email addresses. If they are not yet registered as an existing Cooltix user, an invitation email will be sent to them automatically.
