For better targeting and tracking of your ads, you can set Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel tracking codes. This is a great way to check the efficiency of your ads. If you would like to set different tracking codes, you can do so with Segment.

Your tracking code will be intergated into all of your sites: the event page, the pages related to the purchase process of your event, and your own brand pages.

The tracking code will only take effect if the customer have accepted our cookie policy or they are logged in.

 

Supported tracking services

These tracking services are natively supported, no coding needed:

  • Google Analytics
  • Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel custom event tracking requires domain verification, what can't be done with 3rd party websites, like Cooltix. Basic tracking will be still available. Alternatively with using whitelabel domain the domain verification can be done.

 

Other integrations

For other integrations you can use Segment, which offer several hundreds of destination integrations. You can check the full list of supported Segment integrations.

Set up tracking codes

To add a tracking code to your sites, navigate to:

Profile > Manage organizations > Tracking

And then select the service you would like to connect. Here you can add your tracking id of the selected service, and after saving it, it will instantly appear on your sites.
