The process to redeem your discount code can differ slightly according to the type of the event you've chosen.

For One time and Recurring events, if at least one discount code is added to an event, then a "Do you have a discount code?" label will appear on the event page (at the top of the available tickets list). After clicking on it, you can quickly type in your code, hit the "Apply" button, and the discount will be applied immediately.

For Seated events, you have the option to redeem a discount code Before or After selecting your seat.

Before choosing a seat:

If at least one discount code is added to a seated event, then a "Have a discount code?" label will appear in the top left corner of the seatmap, below the tier list. After clicking on it, you can quickly type in your code, hit the "Apply" button, and the discount will be applied immediately.

After choosing a seat:

If at least one discount code is added to a seated event, then after choosing a seat, a "Have a discount code?" label will appear at the top of the Ticket types list. After clicking on it, you can quickly type in your code, hit the "Apply" button, and the discount will be applied immediately.

Event organizers can share event links with prefilled discount codes. If you use such a link, you do not have to do anything to redeem the discount code, it will be already applied to your cart when you visit the event page.

If you want to change the discount code currently applied to your tickets, first delete the current code by clicking on the icon, then type in the new code and redeem it by clicking "Apply".
