My ticket hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Follow this guide, and you can access your tickets at any time.

Important:

Only tickets purchased with the correct email address can be accessed and downloaded this way. Check out what you can do if you mistyped your email address.

Step 1

Sign up. (If you already have an account, skip to step 2)
Here are the detailed instructions for signing up.


Step 2

Log in to your account.
Click on "Login" in the upper right corner and log in.


Step 3

Click on "My tickets"
You can find it at the top right corner of the site.


Step 4

Confirm that your email address belongs to you
Upon signing up for our site, a confirmation email was sent to your email address. Open this email and click on "Yes, it's me". Can't find the confirmation e-mail? We can resend it, and you can continue with step 5.


Step 5

Download your previously purchased tickets
Here you can download the invoices for your tickets as well.
