Please contact us in chat, and we will resend your tickets. Our colleagues will help to find your tickets during office hours.


Make sure to include the following info:

  • Name of the event

  • Date and time of your purchase

  • Names entered when buying the tickets

  • Your payment customer ID or the last four digits of your bank card

TIP:

If you sign up and log in before you make a purchase, your tickets will always be found, and you will always find them in your account.
