Cooltix Swap is the official ticket resale platform of Cooltix. If you can't make it to an event, you can resell your ticket there safely. If you missed out on tickets, you can buy one from other users.
Selling your ticket
Log in to Cooltix and open My tickets.
Under Upcoming events, find your ticket and click Sell.
You're taken to Cooltix Swap. Follow the steps there to list your ticket and set your price.
The price of your ticket can't be lower than the current price of its ticket type on Cooltix.
If you don't see the Sell button next to a ticket, that ticket can't be resold (see below).
Important: Once your ticket is sold, it becomes invalid and can't be used at the entrance. The buyer receives a new ticket.
Buying a ticket
On the event page, click View offers. You can also go directly to swap.cooltix.com.
Choose a ticket from the offers of other users and complete your purchase on Cooltix Swap.
If there are no offers yet, you can subscribe on Cooltix Swap and get notified as soon as a ticket becomes available.
After your purchase, you receive your ticket just like with any other Cooltix purchase: by email, as a PDF and as a wallet pass. Your ticket has a new QR code, and the original ticket is invalidated, so you can be sure that your ticket is valid at the entrance.
Which tickets can't be resold?
Season passes and the event tickets created by them (see What is a Season Pass?).
Tickets that were already scanned at the entrance.
Tickets of ticket types where the organizer has disabled resale.
